This online portal has been designed to help councils configure their survey and receive an instant quote. The survey captures community views on a wide range of council services and performance measures, and is structured around a set of core questions that ensure comparability across all participating councils.

You can then add optional modules to explore topics of particular relevance to your community. If there are additional areas you wish to cover, you may also submit custom questions for review. Once you’ve made your selections and confirmed the number of responses required, the system will automatically generate a tailored, itemised quote.

Please note: core questions are compulsory, optional modules can be mixed and matched, and a minimum of 400 survey responses (in multiples of 100) is required. A draft quote can be saved and revisited at any time, and a PDF copy will be sent to your nominated contact on completion.
